Step 2:  Pre-Screening & In-Depth Conferences:  After joining our database, we will reach out to you for a short phone or video conference to get to know you more personally.  When we think you may be a good match for one of our clients, we will schedule a more in-depth video conference or face-to-face meeting to confirm if you would be a suitable match. 

Step 3:  Proposed Match:  If we believe you would be a good match for our client, we will propose our match to you for your acceptance.  Should you decline, we welcome your feedback to help us match you with someone more fitting.  If you accept, we will propose the match to our client.  If they accept, details will be shared with you for your introduction.

Step 4:  Feedback:  After your introduction, we will contact you for feedback on your experience with our client.
